• PREPARATION: Pour 250ml milk into a pot. Add 3 tablespoons (approx. 50g) Talbinah Pro. Stir well and cook on low to medium flame for 15–20 minutes, stirring occasionally until it thickens into a paste. Add honey, jaggery, or sugar to taste. Garnish with saffron and dry fruits if desired. Serve warm.
